Shipping Label Printed from App Displaying Incorrect Name

When printing a shipping label from the app, it does not display the name I set the account to show. The "from" address on the shipping label displays my personal name when I would like it to display the store name.  There are no issues when printing from the website. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

Sorry...I misread your question....

In the app......

Make sure in your "Settings" that the Primary Shipping Address is selected...not your "Ship-To" address....

(if your ship from address is different)

You may have to add it or at least select it....it appears that unlike from printing from the desktop, you have to use only the 1 address...I may be wrong, but that's what I see.....
