Hi all
I’ve encountered an issue where I am unable to create a shipping label for the buyer. The error: “Something is wrong, please try again later” keeps on popping up. I have tried changing things such as adding unit no. Into the 2nd address line, something that has helped before but now this time is seems as thought it doesn’t want to budge.
Any recommendations for me?
Thank you.
P.S I have tried printing the label on my laptop/phone.

Maybe just give it 30 minutes or so? I've had it happen a couple of times and eventually it will go through - I just assume it's a hiccup on the eBay side.
When it has been an issue with the buyer's address for me the error message usually outlines what the address issue is - which is without fail too many characters on a single line. Why this programming change has not happened after years of this is beyond frustrating. Buyers should not be allowed enter more characters in an address field for shipping than eBay's programming will support for the seller. As they have no problem with a warning message about changing the shipping address could void seller protection, but then tell us to just change the shipping address by moving sections to a different line or abbreviating parts - even though as a seller I'm just guessing if it will get it where it needs to go.

Sometimes when strange glitches and quirks happen I reboot my whole computer and usually it seems to fix whatever the problem was. Until the next problem starts anyway.
