I canceled a shipping label and Ebay said it is cancelled. Do I get an email for Ebay saying it is cancelled and the amount? It as 4 days since I canceled. Ebay said it will be a few days, and an email said to might take 15 days.
I the meantime, Ebay sent an email with prices. The buyer total fund due to the buyer which is $928.19. To me it is hard to understand. The only way that I get that amount for the buyer total fund, $750 item + $178.19 shipping = $928.19. Does that mean that shipping label money is credit from the buyer and my cancelled of the label and the money is OK, zero both ways?
Plus, I owe a transaction fee for $136.58 for Ebay. The deal is not done because a screwed shipping label. Why?

When you cancel a label the carrier will issue the refund in 3-4 weeks. The carrier waits to make sure the label wasn’t used before issuing the refund. You will not receive an email or message when the refund goes through. You will see it as a refund in your payment transaction history.
If you need to purchase another label it will come out of your pending funds like the first label.
eBay already took their transaction fees from the funds your buyer has paid along with label costs the remainder you will get in a payout.

In my experience, when the carrier returns the postage for the unused label, it will appear without any notification other than in your payments transactions.
No email or message.
