Shipping Costs Different on Mobile Phones

Does anyone else have issues with shipping costs showing west coast shipping prices on a mobile device when you are on the east coast? But when you click on the item, the right shipping cost is listed. I follow several eBay sellers and they have the same problem and have contacted eBay (over a week ago) and were working with them. One even did a video (CrazyLampLady). When I called today, they claimed they didn't know about it!

What location are you using to calculate shipping on your mobile device?

If you are using a browser, try a search, and sort by nearest first to verify you are using the correct ZIP code to calculate shipping in your searches.

If you are using the eBay app, check the Delivery options under Filters.

The app also shows ffree shipping when listings offer local pickup. App's got issues.

If Ebay doesn't know how to fix it, then we also don't know.

I had to update the eBay app last week - are you on an older version @gcp53? I just did a lot of browsing and found correct shipping rates displayed. The first thing I would do is update the app. If you're on the updated version already I would uninstall it, reboot your phone/tablet, then reinstall it.
