Hello,
I read that 300 35mm slides would weight about
1 lbs. That would make 1st class mail.
For those bulk slides sellers, do you know how many slides
would fit into a small/medium/large flat rate boxes,
with some room for cushion ?
I sold slides before. But I packed them in zip lock bags as they
were in the carousels. Did not make anything but glad that someone got the
slides.
I think Fed Ex would have a better price for a very large
package, more than 20 lbs.
Thank You,

You really need to determine package size and weight based on actual data, not just anecdotal info posted online. If you set up your listings without knowing the actual info then you can really cost yourself in shipping.
Figure out how much the slides weigh, how much packing materials weigh - enough to avoid shipping damage, and what the outer package size is.
Anything under 1lb can ship First Class. Anything 1lb or over - well there are several options, but you need to know weight/size to figure out what the best options are. You might want to look into USPS Regional Rate boxes.

@qualityfirst12 YOU will have to figure all that out by yourself ... get a scale, boxes, etc and start loading slides and figure out what you can and can not do.
