Ok hears my problem, say I want to list a computer, monitor, speakers and all the rest that goes with it. I need two boxes for it and I have not packaged it or know the size or weight of two boxes and to be able to get two labels for one sale? Do I need to package it before listing? and Is there any way to be able to leave the shipping cost not listed?

I'll address this part. You can add the price (costs of time, materials, shipping, etc., etc., etc.) to your item and offer Free Shipping.

Pirate Ship offers Cubic Parcel Select Ground. A 12"x12"x12" box up to 20lbs across the US costs $17.68. You could ship multiple of these for one order and Select Parcel Select Ground when you make your listing and pick a flat rate price, or select Free Shipping and raise the item price accordingly.
Always keep returns in mind and how expensive and complicated that could be in consider selling locally as well.

I would suggest you package it before you list it so that you know the size and weight of packages.
Depending on type of computer and size you can easily get into Dimensional Shipping Rates that factor in distance as well as a minimum weight into the shipping cost. With the correct package size and weight eBay is pretty good at calculating the USPS Rates, but not so much with FedX and UPS.
With you second smaller package to get a close estimate, package it and determine the weight then calculate shipping cost to furthest distance from you that you may be shipping. If the smaller items will fit into a Flat Rate Box then you will know the exact cost. You can add to the price of the item to cover this or you could added a Handling Fee to the shipping to cover it.
State in you listing that shipment will be in two packages.
Just remember if you add a Handling Fee that eBay takes their commission from this as well as the shipping charges.
If you are offering International Shipping then shipping two boxes will become more complicated.
