Last month I sold an item over 750 dollars and I forgot to add a signature confirmation. Because of that the buyer can have his order and I don't have the money to refund it. What I can do?? please help me.

If the buyer opened an INR dispute in ebay or Paypal and you don't have sig confirmation, you lose.

I am sorry - but there is no help from eBay on this. Go to the bank and get a loan, sell something else, borrow it, put a lien on your car - whatever. If eBay feels that have to start collections - they will stop at nothing to ruin your credit with collection efforts and they will permanently close your account. NEVER SEND ANYTHING WITHOUT PROPER TRACKING - not even a piece of paper. Yes, if they are dishonest, they will get the item free and you lose. Did you send with normal tracking? Also, it is a risk taken when you spend your payments before the time period passes for returns. eBay is not the place to keep the lights on. Good luck.
Good luck.

Hopefully, you have an honest buyer who won't open an item not received case. However, since you didn't include signature confirmation, the buyer will get a refund from you.

Yeah, that could be a good solution. But when I have the money to refund it do I need to deposit it in his bak account or paypal?. Also, can it be possible to buy a signature confirmation label to the package??

And yeah I send it with the tracking number, but he can't get his order, and I also buy insurance

He didn't get it or he CANT get it? Vastly different.

Signature tracking is extremely important for two reasons on expensive items. First, the INR claim. Second, the postal service sometimes dropping packages on other peoples doorsteps.

Sorry to hear that... You can only rely on buyer's honesty. Me personally, when I buy something here on ebay, and this comes w/o tracking number, I leave a feedback as soon as I got and tested the item. It really depends on how honest and conscientious the buyer is.
Hope you won't have a dispute on that item.
