Seller shipped a item to the wrong adress

A seller got an item mixed up and now someone has my package and he is trying to get it shipped to me without having it shipped back to him. How long sholud this take?

The seller should have the item shipped back to himself and then he should rehsip to you. I would request a refund because there is no way for the other buyer to be forced to send your item to you or back to the seller. You only have 30 days from the latest delivery estimate or date of delivery to file a request in the resolution center.

I'm pretty sure you can't file an INR conventionally since the item was "Delivered"...albeit to the wrong address.

Go to the resolution center and select I haven't received it yet, then select the item. You will have two options...I want a refund or I want an item. Select I want a refund and write a detailed message including the fact that the item was sent to the wrong address.
