The seller does not want to return the money for delivery of pair of shoes, which was sent in the wrong size due to the seller’s fault. The Seller promised to give back the money but now refuses and says that Ebay in the one who has to do that. What I have to do? Please help
- Assuming that you received the item within the last 30 days ... go to My eBay >> Purchase History or go to the Return an Item Page
- Find the item you purchased.
- On the right you should see an option for "Return this item"
- The next screen will prompt you to leave the reason for the return and details. You would probably select "Sent the wrong item" and in the details something like "Sent a size 8 instead of the size 9 that I purchased."
- Assuming this is a USA seller, you will receive a return label ... package carefully, put the label on, and drop it off at the USPS. It is good to get a scan of the label.
- After the item is received by the buyer, you will be refunded in 2 business days.
If the item was not from a USA seller or it has been more than 30 days since you received the item, post back in here again, and I or someone else will give you alternative guidance.
