Hi,
The tracking code format was “AA0###…” but he typed the 3rd character from the left O(as Orlando) instead of zero. I could find this error in the forwarding agent’s website and messaged him to let him know but he never replied and now the package is in transit back to the seller.
I want to avoid to lose the money an the item. But the seller does not reply, and I can’t reach to ebay representative. What can I do?

Did you get a refund? If you didn’t then your next step would be to file a chargeback through PayPal if that’s how you paid or your credit card. Paypal gives you 180 days to file credit cards maybe the same.

If you don’t receive the item you bought after the last estimated date of delivery passes by 1 day you can open a case for Did Not Receive it. If the seller does not respond within 2-3 days you can have eBay step in for your refund. Money Back Guarantee works well when used correctly.
