Seller ignored me

sorry guys have to rely on you again.

so, I ordered a rpi 3b on the 26 oct..

on 27 he gave me a tracking which it didnt worked and marked as shipped.

carrier it was dhl paket from DE to IT.

after 2 week passed i didn't receive anything, the estimated time was 7th oct. after 2 day of waiting i made a refund request item not received.today 13th nov seller told me he gave me 3 wrong tracking.

i feel ive been scammed.

If the item has not arrived by the expected delivery date, just open an item not received case and allow eBay to handle it from there. No need to continue wasting time communicating with a shady seller, you will get your money back from eBay.

What exactly was the last estimated delivery date as seen in the listing? 

Whatever that date was, you have 30 days to open an item not received case with eBay.

If you have actually been given three different tracking numbers, you probably should pursue this with the carrier.

nope not at all seller was from Germany it was supposed to be delivered in Italy.

7oct i was able to open dispute this morning and right after few hour they issue an refund which its going back to my card in few days

yea that what the tracking says.

i dont really know what happen seller messed up could be. but still he never replied to me once.

only sent replied after i open dispute trying to clarify he sent wrong tracking.
