On my Return Detail page, it says: "Your seller should send you a refund within 2 business days of delivery."
On my Track Your Return email, it says: "The seller should issue a refund within 5 days of this being delivered."
Even if the latter included a weekend, it would only be 4 days, so they're not the same. Which one is correct?

It is typically 2 business days, but eBay has extended it out to 5 business days (7 calendar days) due to the pandemic.
Some of eBay's communications reflect this temporary change, and some do not.
