Hi,
It seems I am not the only one with problems here.
Well, I bought a smartphone LCD replacement, from a UK based seller (I am in another EU country).
The order had a shipping charge as well.
The LCD that arrived was for a totally different smartphone. So useless to me.
I opened a return item case.
The e-bay says the seller has accepted the return, but will not provide a "return label".
I am contacting the seller, and after his initial reply "I can replace or refund, the choice is yours", there are no more replies.
I am asking him to send me a return label, and he just does not reply.
The e-bay says I must return the item today, or else they will close the case. How can I send the item, if I do not have a return label? There is seller's address. But then who will pay for the shipping?
The seller doesn't reply at all, which is frustrating.
And the e-bay pages are all linked to each other, and there is no option, not even an explanation, in case the seller doesn't provide a 'return label'.
What to do?
Thanks!

Thanks for your reply.
It is indeed very frustrating. And it looks as if, my purchase didn't solve the problem, it only added new problems. 😞
I have just written to eBay via Facebook, and waiting for them to do something.
Just checked with UPS in Portugal, and they also advised not to send item without Return Label, otherwise I will have to pay the shipping charges.

The eBay pages are indeed unclear on this. But here's the course of action:
