Hi,
I ordered a car part and when I tried to install it, it did not fit. I started a return request and the seller declined the request. The item was supposed to have free 30 day returns and it has not been 30 days. I am not able to contact the seller because it says "The seller is not able to respond to your question." I do not have the option to ask eBay to step in. I cannot find any way to contact anybody, not even on the eBay team. How can I proceed?

I hadn't removed it from the box until I tried to install it. It was $135. Again, it isn't a completely wrong part, it just doesn't quite reach the clips it needs to reach...

I didn't use PayPal, I used my CC. Anything I can do about it?

File a dispute with your CC company. Go to their website and see what their policy is for defective merchandise.

First , this not to be mean, but read with understanding. Opening an "Item Not As Described" Case in Ebay is not the same as "Item Does Not Fit" as a reason. Most likely, your seller has blocked you from contacting him and had the case closed in his favor.
Anyway, since you paid by credit card, contact your credit card provider directly, their phone number should be on the back of your credit card and initiate a chargeback since the item is not as described based on the seller's listing. You have 120 days to initiate a chargeback with your credit card provider.
Don't screw it up.

Did the original listing state that the part fit your particular make and model of vehicle? If not, you do not have a valid NAD claim and depending upon the seller's return policy he may not have to accept your remorse return.
