SELLER CHANGE HIS WORD AND ADDRESS AND NAME

I have an issue with seller ..and i dont know how ebay can help

HE PROMISE TO PAY 70% OF THE ITEM PRICE AND KEEP THE BROKEN ITEM !! NO MONEY RECIEVED

I GOT THE ITEM FROM CALIFORNIA AND HE ASK ME TO SEND BACK THE WATCH TO WEIRED ADDRESS IN GERMANY !!

HE CHANGED THE ITEM PICTURE AND THE PRICE IS DOUBLE NOW !! AND HE CHANGE THE STORE NAME !!

I THINK THIS IS SPAM
I NEED NEW WATCH TO REPLACE MINE

You need to be working this issue through eBay, and not with the seller.  Have you opened up a Money Back Guarantee claim with eBay?  That would be your first step.

I agree with orangehound. Go through ebay. Do not communicate with the seller at this point.

P.S. A seller can't change a listing after the item is sold.
