Hi, according to a return confirmation email that I received from eBay, I am supposed to receive a return shipping label from eBay by Jan 09, 2018. I still haven't received the shipping label and I was wondering what can I do if I do not receive the shipping label by January 9th?

You have call customer service & tell them the seller never sent a label.

You don't have call customer service & tell them the seller never sent a label.Instead, just after the label is overdue, eBay will ask you to ask eBay to step in it.
