AS AN EBAYER I HAVE MY STORE OPEN TO MANY COUNTRIES LIKE THE REST OF US AND I PREFER TO NOT USE THE GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM AS I FEEL ITS TO EXPENSIVE FOR MY CHEAP BUYERS, THATS ONE OF THE PROBLEMS... CHEAP BUYERS!.. ANYWAYS I HAVE BEEN GETTING A TON OF CUSTOMERS FROM ISRAEL REPORTING BACK TO EBAY SAYING THEIR ITEMS HAVE NOT COME IN .
I DONT KNOW IF ITS A TREND GOING ON EVER SINCE FIRST CLASS MAIL BECAME UNTRACEABLE THROUGH USPS OR IF THERE IS LEGIT A PROBLEM WITH ISRAELS POST DURING THIS TIME. ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS ISSUE?

I'm usually only a buyer, but in the month that I've listed items for sale and I've already had 2 requests from buyers wanting to ship to Israel, on listings that are for US only. Something seems off about it. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it courtesy to respond or just ignore it since it is not an international listing?

IMO you have stated your case in your listings.
If you have decided to block a country you will be opening yourself up to problems by making exceptions.
