SCAMMER and FRAUD Seller

Very dissatisfied with this seller, there was an issue with my shipping and the item was returned to the seller which he confirmed receiving back in his warehouse and said via email he would give me a full refund, This was since the end of March to date seller has refused to give me a refund or even ship the item back to me with an address i provided. He is a FRAUD and a SCAMMER do not do business with him very dishonest individual.

Has anyone ever dealt with him

Did you open a case with eBay? It may be too late if you didn't. If you paid with PayPal, you can open a "not as described" case with them.

It's to late for any help from Ebay.

I did open a case and they closed it even appealed it ebay is a big waste of time
