I didnt want to pay costume fees on items so they supposed be send to seller back and I never recived those items. Because croatian post office the items comes back to seller too late and they doesnt want to pay refund. What am I need to do to get my money?

You can't refuse a package because you don't want to pay customs fee. You gave up your buyer protection when you did that. All you can do is hope that the item is returned to the seller & that he refunds you when that happened. Customs fees are YOUR responsibility.
