I am return an item because it wasn't as described. eBay approved of the return and gave me until the 30th to return it, however, the seller hasn't approved of the return yet. Should I ship the item back?
If ebay states you can return it, do so. If you need the return label reach out to ebay if the seller hasn't sent one. Do not close the case until you receive your refund.
If eBay approved, you do not need to wait for response from the seller. EBay has already given you a date to ship by. Don’t let that date go by. Go ahead and ship back.
