Hello i have an item that the seller is telling me to return becuase it says i havent paid even though its already been taken out of my bank. when i click return it says i havent paid and when i look at the item it says still being processed and its bein doing that for 3 days. i requested a cancellation but the seller refused to do it or doesnt know how im not sure if there trying to scam me or what.

also the money has already left my account and i cant get any help from ebay support becuase when i try to return it says i havent paid becuase its still being processed and the seller wont cancel it or cant or refuses to.

Did you actually receive the item? There is most likely a problem with the seller's PayPal or Managed Payment account, or his funds are on hold for some reason. You can go to the bottom of this page and request a call back from eBay CS. If the problem is from the sellers side, you can't do much about it. They'll have to work it out. They can try calling PP at 888-221-1161 if that's what they used.

no the seller is refusing to ship the item becuase ebay says i havent paided for it .even though it already went through on paypal on my side. how do request a call back from ebay cs when i select my options it wont let me go any further in support becuase it says i havent paided for the item. ill send the seller your sugesstions as they dont seem like a very expierenced seller.

Did you try requesting a call back at the bottom of that page. Usually they'll call you back even if you haven't paid. I had one a couple of weeks ago like that, and they called me back pretty quick. All they could tell me was that my end was okay and gave me that PayPal phone number to have the seller call.
Now if the seller is in Managed Payments, that's another problem. They'll have to try to contact eBay.

i just contacted them thank you for providing the info. this is what they told me the transcation is apporved on my side
you the seller contact paypal becuase there is a problem on his end.
my options are to work it out with seller becuase its something to do with there paypal.
or request a chargeback on paypal.
a little annoying that im having to go though all this when its been on his end the whole time and he has been blaming me .also im i aloud to link the sellers profile to you to determine for me if its fishy becuase if its interally legit i dont mind trying to work this out and get the item but i have a hard time gauging scammers from legit ebay sellers as i dont use ebay often.

Although it cleared your bank, it hasn't gone through PayPal, so eBay cannot help you. You should log in and check the status on that Transaction Details page at your PayPal account.

Exactly. The status on that Transaction Details page at your PayPal account explains the issue.
PayPal will not be able to fix the problem for your seller. And a chargeback is not necessary: You can either cancel the payment yourself, or it will cancel itself after 30 days, to get your refund.

on my paypal it went through already ive said that before and ebay support even confirmed this to me. also there is no option to cancel on my ebay it tells me to contact the seller to cancel and if your saying cancel through paypal. the purchase is completed and verbitem through paypal If the payment is already completed
You can't cancel a payment you’ve sent if its status shows "Completed" in your Activity.

@domidej23 You can post the auction number if you want. Probably be best to take a screen shot of the transaction in PayPal and send that to the seller to show it is there, awaiting action on his part. And give him that PP phone number again.

here is the sellers profile just trying to make sure im not getting scammed i will do what your saying im just waiting on response from the seller as ive told him what ebay told me but im just doing the waiting game.
