Return package over usps weight limit

Seller issued USPS return label, but the package is over the allowable 70 pounds Post Office shipping limit.  Now the seller refuses to reply to communications nor issue an alternative shipping company label. Ebay customer service is non-existent.

Thanks and I tried your solution already without any success. It seems that the ebay program does not have this situation in its routine. As far as ebay is concerned, it thinks I haven't sent the USPS package, even though I attempted to and the PO wouldn't accept it.  I'm supposed to get a refund on Jun 6th, but that's considering I've sent the package. What happens after June 6th is a unknown?
