Return glitch

Hello! I bought a phone, and the seller sent me a broken phone instead of a "very good" condition. I think he accidentally sent the wrong condition (large seller). I have started a return, which was automatically accepted. I cannot select the item as sent, as I get an error saying the tracking number has already been used. I had attempted to do this before, but I received a server error. 

 

It seems it's a glitch where the tracking number is being used from my previous attempt, which didn't work from an error. Any ideas? Thank you.

When you use an Ebay return label, the tracking number is already entered into the system.

All you have to do is get it scanned when you drop it off and the system will update.
