Return case CANCELED

Hi, 

I already have an open case about a phone. The phone came with problems and want a refund. Ebay resolution center said was a RETURN CASE and couldn´t change it, but The seller sent me a label to return but from my country costs me $60, that´s why, I deal with the seller to keep the phone and refund me $XX. 

I really want to know what happened if I cancel the return? 
There´s someone from ebay resolution center who can chat with me about?

You don't get to keep the item and the money.

Also, if you're using a reshipping service you voided you money back guarantee coverage the minute it left the US.

If you cancel the return, that's the end of it on ebay.

If you used a re-shipper you aren't due any extra money for the return shipping.
