Return & MP Is a Joke

Wow too say I'm beyond frustrated with eBay is an understatement.

Today I buyer sends picks of a item the post office broke.

Well I offered free return and money back. No biggie. Item was $59.95. 

So we start the return process. 

Well I sell a $9.95 free ship item

 I go to pay for shipping label and eBay says not enough pending funds? Huh. I check and yes there is. 

Shows $59.95 on hold. Ok never got funds at bank shows still processing.

My account shows $ 25 so that should cover a $3.45 shipping label. 

Nope not on the DISASTER MP.

Folks I'm 2months in MP and eBay can take this mess and shove it

 Glitches Errors Customer Service reps that have no clue!?

Goodbye in Feb 2021 when my store sub is up. GOODBYE

@etxj_36  The way the return funds are handled is really the only problem I have with MP.  I personally have not had any returns but have read about issues that others have had.

This is why I use a credit card as my back up payment method, that way I will never be overdrawn on my checking account.
