Return Requested

i have received the return shipping label and returned the item and its already Delivered.. but when I  click on return status its says please return the item.. and I am still GETTING emails return the item..

Ebay going down day by day..

it's hassle buying from Ebay

There will be a delay (perhaps up to 24 hours) between when the USPS says that in item is delivered, and when it actually shows as delivered on eBay. 

If it is more than 24 hours, then perhaps the automated connection between the USPS and the eBay software is not properly recognizing the return ... you would need to call eBay customer service to get it manually identified as delivered.

I CAN NOT OPEN RETURN DETAILS ON EBAY. THEREFORE I CANNOT RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED AND WANT TO RETURN.

If it has been less than 30-days since you received the item, you should be able to return it through the eBay interface.

• Go to My eBay >> Purchase History
• Find the item that you purchased in your purchase history ... the purchase history defaults to list all items purchased in the last 60 days.
• If it has been less than 30 days since you received the item, you should see a blue "Return This Item" button beside the item.  Press that to begin the return process.
• If you do not see a blue button with "Return This Item" AND it is less than 30-days since you received the item, then the seller does not accept returns for your purchase.  However, if the item is defective or not as described, you can return it under the Money Back Guarantee.  To do this,  there should be a drop down menu under the blue box, then select "Return this item" and follow the instructions.
• If it has been more than 30-days but less than 180-days since you received the item AND the item is defective or not as described, then a return process can also be initiated through PayPal.

Actually, there is always a “return this item” button link there, whether the seller accepts returns or not. A no returns policy does not prevent a return from being requested.
