What do you mean that the package was shipped through a third party?
When you receive an item that is defective you need to open a claim on eBay for an item that is not as described. The seller will be required to provide you with a return shipping label. They have a couple of days to respond. If they do not respond and provide you with a return shipping label you need to escalate the claim.
However, if you used a freight forwarder you need to pay for the return shipping as the seller is only required to issue a return shipping label to the original shipping address.

Hi, I have a dispute with ecell_accessorize for expensive return fees. I received and item very cheap, unsufull because non shock proctective for my device and it doesn't fit.
The seller asked to return the item to UK but too expensive for a 6.95 item.
It's a lost of time, a lost of return shipping fee and the lost of Pitney Bowes Inc. fees.
What can I do. It's a complete lost for me?
kind regards.

If you used a freight forwarder and the seller accepts the return, they will only provide return shipping from the freight forwarder.
You would have to pay to have it shipped back the freight forwarder.

You have to communicate with your seller. If you open a claim for an item that is not as described the seller is responsible for providing you with the return shipping label. I'm assuming the seller used GSP to ship it to you.. Contact eBay and ask for the return shipping label as it is still the seller's responsibility.

From what I could see is that this seller has a USA address, but is actually located in the United Kingdom. They must have a warehouse in the US. When I input the shipping for Canada it came up as free. Nonetheless, I can't figure why you have to pay for the return shipping on a defective item. I think it best for you to contact eBay and ask for help.
