Requested a return and now buyer want just a partial refund

Hello, the buyer received the item that it was damaged a little but can be repared so he wanted a return and I've accepted the return but now he said that partial refund would be okay - how to do that now?

You go to the payment transaction page in Paypal, give the partial refund from there.  Wait until 5 days from the date you sent the return label, call ebay and ask them to close the case since it doesn't show that the item is being returned.

..and if the item is returned after the Partial was sent. Just know that ebay's bots will automatically refund the buyer and close the case after the return confirmation shows up. Then the real fun starts. You get to spend quality time on the phone with ebay's highly trained and professional CSR's who will tell you anything you want to hear just to get you off the phone so they can get back to updating their facebook pages.
