Hi! Issue is next.
I received an order, but it was falsely described by a seller and I got item I did not payed for.
I ordered plush toy with mechanism in it. In seller lot it said "materials plush+catnip", in listing it said "X1 electric fish movement", listing also contained photos of full plush toy. I received only mechanism, no toy etc. Seller shipped this item for more than 2 months. Now I want to ask for a refund since this item was falsely advertised to me and I got not I was paying for. When I click into "contact seller -> I received an item that wasn't as described (1) -> request refund" page just isn't loading at all. It just shows me an error that page could not load and that's it.
How the heck should I open case now?

Go to Paypal and open the case there. If you didn't use Paypal, then go to your credit card and file a charge back there.
(It sounds like you waited too long for eBay's resolution process - which is 30 days past the expected delivery date. But it will still work for you to open the case in Paypal or your credit card).

So I contacted seller and he offered me firstly 20%, than 40% of refund and when I said than I agree him to cover me price of toy cover (which is about 50%) he started to ignore anyway. As before, Ebay refund doesn't work and I issued refund process through my bank. It seems like there is no other way to do it.
