Yes, it is easy to do. eBay ask if you want the refund spread across all the orders on the combined shipping or apply it to just one...either way works. I say this because my wife on her account constantly asks me which method to choose. I think it has more to do with if selling/combining items in more than one category with higher or lower FVF, what the amount in fees you get credited back. For most of us it is negligible
