So I ordered item which had end of estimated time December 6, but it never came. Thing is that tracking information tells "October 21 - Arrive at destination country post office". What does it mean? I didn't get any information from my post office that they have received item and I should go take it or something. I know I can't go to post office and check if it's here either cause when they receive item they send some registry number which is needed to get it. Without it I can't do anything or even check if item's here.
I'm worrying about that Tracking information cause it's 3rd time in last two months when item from China never comes with same "Arrive at destination country post office". Can post office simply keep item and never inform it to me that it's here or it's some problem with delivery from China to Latvia or some other thing which I don't understand? I wouldn't worry if it's once, but 3 times!!!
I simply feel bad asking refunds...
