I've got a buyer who wants to purchase all of my multiple items in a "Buy it Now." Ebay is assessing an individual shipping charge for each of the twelve items, which is about $30 more than shipping will cost. I've got "combined shipping" marked, but am not sure what to tell the buyer to do (?)

When the buyer pays refund the overage. That what I would do.

@susand24224 You can create a new listing just for them. List all of the items they want with the correct shipping amount. Add the buy it now button and send them the listing number. You can place the listing at a higher amount so that someone else doesn't steal it from them. This is an easy way to please your buyer, give them one shipping total in one listing, and avoid any refunds afterwards. Your buyer will be more appreciative for your efforts. I always do it this way myself and I've gotten repeat buyers now. Best of luck to you....

I just tell the buyer to pay the full invoice from ebay & then you as a seller may issue a refund for the combined shipping difference via the order details......there is an issue a refund option....just enter the amount you want refunded & that is it!
Good luck!
