Purchased item not received

I bought an item on April 30th and its 11th June I have not received my item.Last tracking shown is May 2nd.How come the item did not reach the final destination.Help please

What exactly does the tracking say for the last couple of entries?

Buyers have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date provided by eBay in the email they sent you right after you paid for your item, to file an Item Not Received claim. 

 If you are past the 30 day time limit, you may have to go to your payment source, i.e. PayPal or your credit card and file a claim there.

Looking closer, I see you are in Fugi.  You might consider contacting your seller as well.
