My parcel was sent back to seller by hermes....now the seller delays a redelivery or a refund ...he.s doing this for 3 weeks....i also try to open a case to ebay but was quickly closed because seller tried to deliver so bassicly it.s not his fault......so hermes said speak with seller...seller does nothing ..ebay does nothing! What should i do to get my money back??
