I shipped a Priority Mail package on July 18. Tracking shows it was in transit on July 20th and nothing after that.
I filed a missing package search on July 30 and have not heard back from USPS.
My local post office says I have to file a claim online.
I tried to file a claim today and the post office website says my package is not covered by insurance and wont allow me to file a claim. Postage was purchased thru eBay and insurance was included.
Not sure what to do next. Any advice is appreciated.

Priority Mail includes basic insurance for free. So make sure you recheck you bought a Priority label. If you did and still can't file online, you will have to call USPS and find out what the problem is.
