Printing in Bulk - Size Change

I recently purchased a thermal printer, I am having no issues with printing in 4x6 on individual sales. However, when I purchase my shipping labels in bulk on multiple items and try to ship, they stay at 8x11 and not 4x6 even after the settings have changed. Any ideas? This appears to be an ebay thing, not the printer.

Bulk has it's own settings.  If I remember look at the upper right or the very bottom of the page to open them.

Thanks for reminding me, but if they are on the Review Purchase page just before you print the label how might OP missed seeing them?

Yes, with bulk printing you set all your package info, click the button to 'review purchase', then a pop-up appears. That pop-up is what you see in the top half of my screenshot. It's a link right above 'confirm and pay' on that pop up.

Seems hard to miss unless the popup was being blocked.

If pop up was blocked then purchase could not be made. I doubt pop up was blocked. On my browser I block pop ups but it allows (with no setting/permissions adjustments) the type of pop ups eBay uses for bulk shipping, missing specifics, offers, feedback, and all that stuff in seller hub.

I answer the question about how to change label size for bulk labels at least 3x a week so apparently it is easy to miss, especially if you're just "going through the motions" and looking for the setting on the page where you set package info instead of on the pop up where you confirm payment. 🤷
