Did you select the correct label format on ebay?
On the create label page look to the lower right where the current label format is shown. Click CHANGE to select the format you are using. If you do not see this option, click on Switch to Advanced Shipping at the top right first.
Did you set your browser to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader?
Does the label preview look correct?
If still a problem come back with OS and browser you are using.
