Phone numbers on ship to address

I have noticed lately that when I go to copy the purchasers address it have the users phone number.

Of course if you use the address as is then the zip code readers the USPS use (Ones still being used) will read that part as the zip code.

It actually makes for some reason, of some of the items being shipped going across country to get finally returned to destination. It is one of the smaller reasons people are seeing delays.

Now the problems since the address given by eBay has this on it:  is it part of the correct address or not.

Oh and again a stupid change by eBay.

When will they ever learn if it ain't broke don't fix it.

Are you not using a shipping service that automatically imports buyer addresses so you don't have to copy them?

Some shipping services require the buyer's phone number. If you don't need it then delete it when you copy the address.
