Paypal restrictions - problems with linked card.

As of this morning I can receive payment but not make them (print labels) until everything is verified. This could take days! Does that mean I lose INR protection until all this is worked out? The customer's addresses are provided with Paypal payment but I have to ship elsewhere (in this case today I used Shippo). This is the first problem I've had with PP in 18 years. There isn't anything fishy going on with my bank account or card. Anyone had this?

Presumably, since you are receiving payments,  you have a credit balance in Paypal? In that case you should be able to print your labels ON Paypal itself instead of through eBay. Try it and see what happens. Paypal will automatically send the tracking numbers to eBay. And if for some reason they do not you can enter them manually.

EXCEPT if you ship them "elsewhere" you lose the INR regardless of where you print the labels.

I usually buy through ebay but I tried PP as well and no go. There are plenty of funds in the balance for shipping, it just won't let me use them...

I just finally got another order and all the PP info seemed to import over to Shippo where I can pay by card and print everything. The tracking# transported back to ebay, so I think it's okay. It's just a hassle to have to log into a third site for each transaction. It's too darn hot today!
