Since managed payments took over, I had no problem buying shipping labels in the app with pending payouts. I selected it once and it stayed like that. Until last week. All of a sudden label charges were coming out of paypal. I use paypal for something else now and cannot have labels coming out of there. I have to now go to Ebay in a browser and manually change it everytime I do a label. Why is the option to have shipping label payments come from pending payouts no longer available in the app? I do not understand what's going on. It takes alot longer to do labels now having to open a browser. Does anyone have any suggestions or answers? Thanks
