I'm asking a Question of which some of you Can Answer ! I Purchased Many Items from China some of which were Damaged where Refunds were Made; But the Last Parcel I received when I Opened the Parcel and took the Parts out from out of the Parcel there were three Parts Missing; I Kept on wondering if the Customs over here are inspecting the Contents and then not replacing the whole contents for reasons of anti China due to Corona Virus. I Cannot believe that their Checkout in China could Make such a Mistake; The Question is Has anyone experienced not receiving all contents from the Package

if you ask me I think the people shipping incomplete items are expecting buyers to just take it.You have the MBG working in your favor but most people end up not returning items to China..thats how the profit is made for some.
its nothing to do with customs.it has everything to do with USA buyers expecting lesser service from China and accepting it when it happens
many Chinese seller come thru with the goods.some do not
keep on ebaying

As OP has indicated, you are protected by the Money Back Guarantee (MBG). (link in blue text) So when something arrives damaged or missing parts, it is not your job to SPECULATE as to where or how the part shortage occurred, rather you just need to use the MBG to get your items. The seller is responsible to see to it that the items on the order are delivered to you, period. When parts are missing or items arrive damaged it does the buyer no good to expend any energy on how that might have happened. It doesn't matter. You ordered A.B.C and you got A.B. File the MBG case and either get your stuff or a refund. Spend your energy where you can do some good - speculating only leads to high blood pressure, etc.

Second comment I'll make has a value judgement in it so feel free to ignore this. But I use to be excited about eBay and all of the great "deals" I could get by buying stuff from China, Yipee! But a few things crept into my awareness that have me no longer buying anything from China.
First, due to a treaty China gets favorable shipping rates to the USA. As such USA shippers are subsidizing these discounts Chinese sellers get. Shipping is so cheap for China that USA sellers can't compete. Trump dis something to partially fix this, but not enough and it is phased in over many years.
Second, there is time value of money. When it takes 6+ weeks for an item to be delivered, then I really didn't need it that badly - so why buy it. For all of the time wasted waiting & aggravation of tracking etc. it just is not worth it to me to wait that long. I guess I'd rather spend a few extra bucks and buy items locally. Most of the junk on line I can find in Dollar stores anyway. So it makes no sense to me to be 'penny wise and pound foolish!"
Third, the length of time for an item to be delivered is key and something most buyers do not think about. 6-8 weeks can be 'normal' as it were and if there are delays, even longer. But if you buy something that is close to 60-days to arrive, then you can find trouble with eBay. Apparently eBay does not retain sales records after 60-days. So have seen a few buyers buying things with long lead times having no way to enforce the MBG because eBay has no records to work on.
Finally, If one has evidence of problems and repeated evidence of problems, how long does one keep doing the same thing? I guess if one is doing that to get free stuff that is another issue, but again, it would appear as though being penny wise has a particular "cost" in time, energy, etc to get cases resolved.
Hope things work out!
