I recently purchased 3 chain saw blades from a vendor on Ebay Order number: 12-05055-77490 When they arrived, they were not packaged and just placed in a plastic mailing envelope where they certainly would move around with shipping. Upon opening the item, I could clearly see they were not correct for my saw and I placed them back in the envelope and contacted the seller for a return which they did agree too. The vendor issued a partial credit credit stating these were used and showed wear. These never left my hand and back in the bag. Because I was given a partial credit, this apparently removes any online ability to challenge this decision through online methods. The seller apparently knew how to keep me from pursuing this. I contacted the seller multiple times and was told too get the remaining balance from Ebay. I am not happy with this experience with Ebay and with no option to dispute this. I tried to dispute from PayPal but they also show a credit was issued.

@syac. Contact cs and tell them that the seller abused the seller protection that allows them to issue partial refunds
