I ordered 5 yugioh mystery bundles but recieved only 3.
The item was sent from USA to Croatia.
It was handled by many delivery services. I have a tracking number but it redirects me to DHL tracking, they got my packadge in USA on MAY 1st but before tgat usps had it from April 25th and I cant see any link to their tracking.
The reason i need it is that in USA the weight was the same as i recieved so its imposible the customs office took sometning as they opened it to check.
And the seller says he sent 5.
I think that when my packadge was with usps they stole 2 bundles but i cant find the weight they provided. Someone help me this was very expensive for me.

If you do not receive what you ordered by the delivery date that eBay provided, then you can file an Item Not Received claim with eBay. That will begin the process of getting a refund for your purchase.

Hello so I recieved the packadge but ebay states it is still in transit, also i recieved 3 out of 5 and seller states he sent 5. The packadge was forst handled by usps and i suspect someone there stole 2 packs as they then gave the packadge to dhl ecommerce in usa and they weighed it the same as I recieved. Usps tracking also does not show weight. How do i procede in refunding this. I am afraid of sending it back and paying shipping and other potential costs such as tax etc and not recieving my money. Can i keep the 3 packs and get refunded for 2

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

How were these 5 bundles shipped? Were they shipped in 5 separate packages? Did you buy 5 separate items or a single lot of 5? Was this shipped by seller directly or through eIS (eBay International Shipping)?
Highly unlikely someone at USPS "stole" some of your packages. It's possible for them to get lost/damaged in shipment or they could be delayed. If 5 separate packages were shipped, you should have 5 separate tracking numbers, one for each package. If bundles were combined into fewer boxes/shipments you may have fewer packages to track. If you don't have access to the USPS tracking numbers, the seller should be able to look them up for you. I would recommend you start there. If seller isn't responsive, then you might need to get eBay involved by opening an "item not as described" case.

The same item 5 times shipped together using 1 track number. It was shipped from usps to international ebay to dhl e commerce(USA location) to dhl (Germany) to Croatian post. I can see in the tracking info that the packadge was 0.744 lbs in USA when dhl recieved it and that is the weight i got (3 items instead of 5). The weight i cant see is when USPS had my packadge. (All other tracking from usps is stated but the weight) the seller assures me they sent 5 items. They even refunded me for 2 items. But i still got short ended since i paid the shipping and VAT for 5 items... I find it hard to contact usps from Croatia but i think they made some mistake. I feel its impossible that there are 2 seperate packadges since shipping is expensive and i have 1 track number for last 3 weeks...

@kensgiftshop gave you good information in post 4. There really isn’t a way to find out what happened to part of the order but you can open a return so that you can return the items you did receive. Then you would be refunded in full. It is not ideal but I’m not aware of any other option. It sounds like this is an EIS order so eBay would be the one refunding.

If 5 items were shipped as a single package they must all have been all in a single container/box/etc. Hard to believe you would lose some of the package contents but not all.
From the information you have given, it sounds like the seller only shipped you 3 of the items not all 5.

Yes I find it strange, It is a bigger youtuber and he sells this yugioh mystery packs.I dont think he is a scammer he even refunded me 2 items. He is certain he sent 5 and even on the lable on the packadge that ebay international printed it states quantity 5, but the weight is 0.744 lbs(weight of 3 items). He paypal-ed me for 2 items, i dont know if he can withdraw my refund once the ebay refund period is over?

The label information (including customs info) is usually auto-filled by eBay's system on the eIS transactions so that information may not be 100% accurate or representative of the actual contents.
The seller may not be a scammer, the seller may have just made a mistake in filling the order. The fact that the seller already gave you a refund for the missing 2 items hints that seller knows a mistake was made (if mistake was made, not sure why seller wouldn't actually tell you that but some sellers don't want to admit a mistake).
The seller cannot withdraw any funds/refunds/etc given to you (at any time). About all the seller could do is send you a PayPal invoice requesting funds back, which you could just ignore.
The shipping/VAT/tax refund may be more complicated. I don't know have enough experience with international shipping to know how eBay treats those international transactions, whether the VAT can be partially refunded, etc.

When you purchased the items, did you use a US shipping address of a freight forwarder?
05-16-2024 09:39 AM
No i used my adress in europe, but the seller did use some other adress when he sent the packadge to usps.

You might be right since he didnt ask any questios and wanted to get it over. I told him about a potential that usps lost part of packadge and he didnt reply so he might have just forgotten to send me 2. It would not be in his interest to admit it since that means ita his fault i payed extra tax and shipping. I dont know how ebay shipping works but it was calculated when i made the order. Maybe he took the extra shipping money to ship other packadges. Yes i also found it strange that someone would take 2 out of 5 items. And since postal services weigh the packadges it would be a bad idea...
