Parcel hasn't arrived

I purchased an item on July 21st from the US, seller used the GSP for shipping to Ireland. Its now August 15th, and the parcel was supposed to arrive on the 11th. Tracking says "Shipped from Global Shipping Centre to International Destination", and the app also says "The Courier in your country has the package" and "Delivery in progress". I've contacted both ebay customer support and Irish postal service and neither can tell me where the package is. I'm aware that COVID-19 is significantly delaying things but how long should I wait before filing a "parcel has not arrived" case?

You can either give it a few more days, or file an INR claim now. You have 30 days to file the claim from the latest estimated delivery date.

Give it a few more days, it will show up. I don't expect anything on time anymore.  My items are in Kentucky for 10-12 days now used to be 2-3 days.
