I ordered my package a month ago and it was shipped 3 days after and it’s still not arrived. I can’t even track the package and eBay or the people selling it to me don’t even know where it is. This is crazy how am I supposed to know when I’m getting it.

Look at the estimated delivery date on the order. It's just an estimate, so may arrive a little later.

You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to file an item not received claim if the package does not arrive.

Edit to add - if you're in the US and ordered from the UK then it's very common for sellers to use untracked shipping since that's more affordable. It's a slow service and can take a while, but in my experience the package has always turned up when I order untracked parcels from the UK.

It says they’re from the US and I’m from the US. Tbh I just don’t see how it’s not here yet.

So the seller is in the UK but their ID says USA.  What a tricky son of a gun.  I might have fallen into that trap and bid too. Anyway, the seller has over 12,000+ feedbacks.    Just sit tight. Once the item enters the USA, there should be some scan.  I don't know if you will get the tracking information then but perhaps you can ask the seller to please let you know if they get an update.

Good advice for everyone, in the future do NOT assume that a seller is in the USA if "USA " is in their Ebay ID.  Check where the seller is located before you buy/bid.

So you have  opened an Item Not Received claim? If so, the arrival was (at least) one day past the EDD on the order.

I guess so they said it would arrive a month which it hasn’t so I said it’s not here. The only thing I can see is shipping and it was shipping 3 days after the initial order. So my package has just been labeled as shipping for an entire month.

if the package has arrived it should tell me right? It’s my first time using eBay and there’s no clear indicators like maybe a picture or something.

I don't know how to tell you it's been delivered if you can't even track it. I do know there will be no picture.

I don't know when you opened the case, but keep an eye on the timeline. If you still have no package by the date that you can escalate it to eBay, do it. You'll be made whole one way or the other. 🙌
