Package has not arrived. Post Office could not use tracking number to find package.

I placed an order on ebay on September 26, 2020. Delivery span was stated to between

Tue, Oct 27 - Mon, Nov 16, 2020. They are telling me delivery was, "Oct 9, 2020, 12:14pm, Package delivered by post office, GLEN BURNIE, MD 21061". Today is November 26, 2020 and I still have NOT received the package. FYI I was told by postal employees that the tracking number that Speedpak gave me is not a number the post office can use to track my package. The seller is saying to look under my porch, (our porch is cement the only way for the package to get under the porch is to jack hammer a hole to put the package in), in my garden (don't have one).

 The are not taking any of the responsibility to help find my package.

When you look at the transaction in your purchase history does it show a tracking number and if so, does it show that the item was delivered? If it doesn't show as being delivered then you can go to the resolution center and open an item not received case.

Go @cactusbayowl to this page,

write to that email address with your ES tracking number,

and ask for your USPS tracking number. Don't tell your story, simply ask for that info.
