Package from Greece stuck on departure from outward office of exchange

Hello. 

I have a bit of a problem, I live in Poland and I have bought something from Greece (it was a small package) at the beginning of November.

However, since 9th of November the package status seems to be stuck (same on Polish post's website). I've never had a problem like that with a package from Greece (it usually happened with USPS packages but they came eventually) and it is going on for about two months so I'm starting to worry. Here is the photo of the latest status:

By the way, usually packages from Greece come after 10-12 days even throughout the pandemic so that is a bit strange, it looks as if it maybe haven't got scanned

Did you inform the seller of what's happening?

If the last estimated delivery date has passed by more than a week or so, but less than 30 days, I'd be opening an INR case, just to be on the safe side.

Yes I did and he contacted the Greek post office. They told him that it should be in Poland right now so maybe they haven't scanned it here yet.

Please help because I don't know whether I should try to contact ELTA or stay calm for now and don't do anything
