Hello, I am a buyer from Hong Kong. I purchased some films from a US seller and he is using the global shipping program. He shipped my package with UPS for the domestic shipping to Erlanger, KY. Package arrived quickly at global shipping centre, but after a week the latest tracking status is still "arrived at global shipping centre, delivered".
No update since then, not even a notification email telling me that my package has arrived, not to say a new tracking number.
As before the pendemic, the new tracking number would appear right away when the package arrived GSC. Even on mid June, I have only waited for 3 days for the new tracking number to be sent to me.
Wonder if anyone is experiencing the same issue with me? Should I be worried? The estimated delivery date would be on 21-30 July.
Thanks a lot.

Recently, there have been quite a few posts on packages being slow to leave the global shipping center. In some cases the item has left but tracking hasn't been updated and in other cases, it is just taking longer than usual.
You have 30 days after July 30th to open an item not received claim through eBay. I probably would start the claim on about day 25.

Well same boat ! Day 6 now since my item is stuck in Erlanger KY. Estimated delivery is between 14 - 24th September so I have longer to go.
If items are being sent by batch shipment as I suspect I am just wondering how many folks are shipping to Qatar and if my item is going to arrive at all.
Some words of hope is needed

I have the same case in 2023 , I'm a buyer from Hong Kong. and purchased the item from a US seller.
my item sends to ebay shipping hub, on 14 Apr
today is 24 Apr, and still no status change, still keep "Your item is being inspected."
my order is estimated to be delivery 2 May, I think there is a high chance will be a late of estimated delivery, or eBay forget to change the status.
if not, they only can use over my shipping cost to send it to me before the estimated delivery
