Hello,

I contacted the seller and they say give them 48 hrs waited with no reply contacted them again and they told me the item was not in stock and he made a note of it when it comes in on Monday still no reply from them with the tracking number.

After searching the boards the only answer I found was to return the items to get a refund. In the meantime they are still selling digital camera packages.

Ebay gives you 30 days from delivery to open a claim. Don't let the seller drag this out. Open a SNAD claim and do not close it until you receive the replacement or a full refund is given.

If an item was missing... file the claim citing 'Not as Described'.

You might have to return the item, but you want a full set anyway, so no biggie. Good luck!

Ebay screws a buyer again the way i see it now is sellers can short an item N you can't do nothing about it. It was a gift card. It looks like they paid for a negative feedback which I don't like leaving

Did you receive something in the mail? If shipment is missing an item follow the return request procedure:

You want to return everything for a refund, select reason for refund as missing item.

If you're having issues with the case, you can appeal:

Is the gift card, the item missing? Or you mean you paid with gift card? If you paid with a gift card, the refund will go back to the gift card.
