Hello, my name is Rômulo do Carmo I made a purchase in August 2020 and order number 07-05497-21941 was never sent. the seller claimed that japan is not shipping to brazil. I'm trying to support the site but the system no longer recognizes my order number. I need help to be refunded or receive what I bought, because when I made the purchase the option of delivery to Brazil was available

The seller should have refunded you when they realized they were not able to ship to Brazil.
Did you pay via credit card? You may be able to file with them for not receiving the goods.
Have you attempted to contact the seller?

I paid with a credit card. the option to contact and ask for support on ebay is not working because the order is from last year, says no to recent purchases.

it is not possible to request support because the product I bought does not appear.

You are way past time to file an Item Not Received case with eBay. Filing a claim thru your credit card may be your only option.
If you use eBay in the future, remember that you have up to 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date that eBay provides you in email to file a claim. You can file a claim 1 day after the latest estimated delivery date.

Sorry, but it's to late for any help from Ebay.
Depending on your credit card, you can try them, but it might to late there also.

Yes, the seller gets to keep the money if your credit card can't do anything.
Sorry, but it was your mistake for not understanding the MBG and for not filing a claim within the time frame given.

Gosh, sorry you are having a hard time on this one! Sounds like this might unfortunately be one of those times you have to chalk it up to a 'learning experience?" Sigh
But hey, in the future it might make some sense to scan and understand eBay's Money Back Guarantee because it is one of the most protective of buyers of any online buying site.
